How to track a package
Most designers on Anka provide a tracking number when they ship orders.
When your order is shipped you will receive a notification by email and on your Anka account.
Kindly go to the “ Purchases” section of your ANKA account as shown on the picture below.

If the status is sent, it means the item has been shipped.
Click on " Track My Order" button as shown in the image below.

If your order is stated as “**sent**” and the tracking does not work or is not showing, it might probably having an issue on the tracking number.
But no worries, you can contact the seller and get more info, clicking on "Contact seller"

If no information from the seller, do not hesitate to contact the Customer Service at help@anka.africa for more information.
