Ship your non-Anka packages with our DHL account
To get access the DHL partnership, you must be registered on Anka and connect to your interface.
Before starting the procedure, we recommend that you make certain verifications that you can find by clicking here.
In your account go to the "Shipping" tab
Click on "New label"
A form will be displayed and you will need to fill out the required informations and follow instructions
When everything is filled out, you can click on "Pay" and select the available payment method that suits you.
Once done, a newt window will appear giving you the copy of the shipping labels. You should save and print both documents.
The label print out will need to be affixed on the package before sending, while the invoice will need to be handed
over to the DHL when giving the package.
Please note that a pick-up service is available free of charge. This service is not available in Nigeria.
To take advantage of the pick-up service, you must request it from your Anka interface. More info here
Alternatively, you can go to a DHL drop office and give your package with the label and invoices
