ANKA services



ANKA is the all-in-one solution for African entrepreneurs to grow their business online. Our suite of services provide the tools you need to pay / get paid, ship / receive and showcase your products to the world.

ANKA offers a unique subscription plan with transparent fees that give you access to all our services. You can subscribe for a quarter, a semester or a year. More on the billing model below. The services you can use are:

- Your online store: ANKA Marketplace



Create your online store in few minutes.
Add as many products as you want and showcase them to our large audience (500K monthly visits)
Customers place orders, you accept them, then fulfill them. Once your customer confirms reception, your funds are credited on your ANKA wallet.
You can transfer them at any time and wherever suits you best. See all options here.

After several orders placed you can ask for a Verified Seller status to get funds immediately on sale and not have to wait for customer reception.

If your subscription gets cancelled, your shop goes offline and won't be visible to customers.
You can still access it and edit products. Your shop will be instantly reactivated with your re-subscription.

- Your packages sent at the best rates: ANKA shipping



Ship your packages from Africa to anywhere, at best prices. Whether coming from ANKA marketplace, your own website, your logistic business, or even personal shipments.

#Save money: Thanks to the volume generated by the ANKA community, you can use DHL at a discounted rate.
The more you ship with the ANKA DHL account, the more we can negotiate reduced prices, and the more you save on shipping costs!

#Save time: You can request a pick-up of your parcel by DHL at no cost. (Option NOT AVAILABLE in NIGERIA)

- Your international payments, simplified and centralised: ANKA Pay



Create payment links in a matter of seconds and share them on your social media, messaging apps or wherever suits you best.

Payment links are customised to your brand and can be set to one time or re-usable. For instance, if you run a subscription based business, your customers can pay monthly.

You will receive the funds in your Anka Wallet and withdraw them at your convenience.

ANKA Pay can be integrated on your own Website, or Woocommerce so far.


How much does it cost?



The billing model is a mix of fixed subscription + commissions.

The subscription



The ANKA subscription allows you to use all our services instantly. You can pay

Quarterly: 60€
Bi-annually: 100€ (01 month free included)
Annually: 200€ (02 months free included)



The commissions



Fees are applied to certain services:

ANKA Pay*: Processing fee: 4% ; Service fee: 3.5% to 7%
ANKA Marketplace*: a flat 12% fee applies to each sale.


Subscription Payment and Renewals



Your subscription activated by the following actions:

Your registration as a Seller/Shipper/Anka Pay user
Automatic renewal of a current subscription on its due date; not previously canceled
You generate a DHL packing slip, without a current subscription.
You accept an order from the Anka Marketplace, without a current subscription.
You are credited with an amount via the direct payment link, no subscription required


Note that each renewal debit is for the coming period.

If your subscription starts on May 13, 2023, the next debit will be on August 13rd, 2023, or December 13rd, 2023, or May 13rd, 2024, depending on the plan you have chosen.

If you have already paid 60euros, and you decide to take another plan, this will start at the end of the current subscription period.


You have no money in your wallet to pay for your subscription?

As the subscription is deducted from your ANKA wallet, it will be automatically be canceled if you don't have enough funds in your wallet for the renewal.
In this case, you can credit your wallet by credit card, or by any other means available in your area.
