Book a pick-up service (DHL)

From your Anka interface, you have the possibility to book a DHL pick up to your address. An agent will come and collect your packages ready for shipments.

How can I book DHL pick-up service?

After generating your shipping label from your "Delivery" section, it is possible to schedule a pick-up of your package. This service is free.

For booking a pick-up service, you must follow the four steps below:

Enter the concerned shipment details from your Shipment listings

Click on the "Package Pickup" button.

After filling in all the information and the date and time slot, click on "Request Pickup" button.

The ANKA label summary will be displayed with all the information entered for the package pick-up. If you wish to change the pick-up time slot, simply click on "Edit Pick-up".

NB. Note that this service is currently NOT AVAILABLE for NIGERIA
