Book a pick-up service (DHL)
From your Anka interface, you have the possibility to book a DHL pick up to your address. An agent will come and collect your packages ready for shipments.
How can I book DHL pick-up service?
After generating your shipping label from your "Delivery" section, it is possible to schedule a pick-up of your package. This service is free.
For booking a pick-up service, you must follow the four steps below:
Enter the concerned shipment details from your Shipment listings
Click on the "**Package Pickup**" button.
After filling in all the information and the date and time slot, click on "**Request Pickup**" button.
The ANKA label summary will be displayed with all the information entered for the package pick-up. If you wish to change the pick-up time slot, simply click on "**Edit Pick-up**".
NB. Note that this service is currently NOT AVAILABLE for NIGERIA
