Search or Cancel a DHL label
From the "Shipping" tab of your account, you will find all the labels/waybills you created.
To cancel a label, you need to click on the small arrow in front of the label/waybill number as indicated by the red arrow on the right. (see screenshot below).

Then you go to the bottom of the page and you will see the button "**cancel label**".
Once you have clicked on this button the dedicated service will receive your request and validate it within a maximum of 24 hours. You will then be refunded in your ANKA wallet.
