Change/reset my password
If you need to change your password for any reason, here are the steps to follow.
A. You are already logged into your account
Go to your account and click on "My profile "
Scroll down to the section " Edit account ".
Enter your new password in the Password and Password confirmation boxes.
Click on "Update Account "
B. You have forgotten your password
You can reset your password as follows:
Click on " forgot password?" in the login window.

Enter the email address linked to your Anka account.
Check your mailbox. You should receive an email to reset your password.
Click on the change my password link in the email, and create your new password.

You should receive a second email confirming that your password has been changed.
If you don't see the reset email
Check that it hasn't landed in your spam or junk mail folder.
If you are using Gmail, also check your “Social Networks” and “Promotions” tabs.
