Change/reset my password
If you need to change your password for any reason, here are the steps to follow.
A. You are already logged into your account
- Go to your account and click on "My profile "
- **Scroll down to the section **" Edit account ".
- Enter your new password in the Password and Password confirmation boxes.
- Click on "Update Account "
B. You have forgotten your password
You can reset your password as follows:
- Click on " forgot password?" in the login window.
- Enter the email address linked to your Anka account.
- Check your mailbox. You should receive an email to reset your password.
- Click on the change my password link in the email, and create your new password.
You should receive a second email confirming that your password has been changed.
If you don't see the reset email
- Check that it hasn't landed in your spam or junk mail folder.
- If you are using Gmail, also check your “Social Networks” and “Promotions” tabs.
