DHL Packaging Request Process
To facilitate the management of DHL packaging requests, please find below the information required and the processing time. Sellers must share the full details when requesting for shipping materials (flyers or boxes):
Full name, detailed address, phone number, quantity needed and our company name.
NB: It will take minimum of 48hrs after receiving the detailed information from the requestor to the Customer Service email address [[email protected]](/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection#234b464f5363424d48420d4245514a4042) .
A demand for flyers also requires the following informations:
Quantity of Flyers needed (remember to indicate Big or Small)**, address, Company name, Account number, the name and telephone number of the person to be contacted.**
