DHL Shipment restrictions
In order to ensure a successful shipping experience with ANKA, we share the updated restrictions on shipments with DHL.
Items under pressure, such as airtight boxes, perfumes, animal spare parts, and explosive items, are not allowed in the international network.
Furthermore, shipments of gold, silver, precious metals, and cash are strictly prohibited on the DHL Express network.
Herbs are not allowed internationally.
COUNTRY-SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS
Russia: It is not possible to ship to individuals in Russia. DHL exclusively delivers to businesses in this country.
Iran: DHL does not offer deliveries in Iran.
Italy: For Italy, only two mixed products can be sent per waybill/label.
Spain: Shipping cosmetic products to Spain is prohibited.
United Kingdom: Shipment of melons, sesame seeds, and chili to the UK is prohibited.
For edible products, prior clarification is required before shipment.
The weight of fish must not exceed 0.5 kg per kg for the UK, the United States, and Ireland.
All edible products must be packed in boxes and not in Flyer bags.
