How to contact a vendor about an order ?

If you have any questions about your order, try to reach out to the vendor directly.

On desktop

1. Log in to your Anka account.

2. Click on "My Account".

3. Click on "Purchases".

4. Click on "Contact the vendor" next to the order you're interested in.

5. Type your message in the textbox.

6. Click Send Message. The vendor will be notified once your message sent.
