With Anka, payouts requests are processed:

• On Wednesdays for European bank accounts, Naira bank accounts, International bank accounts, Paypal, Mobile Money, International Bank account with Payoneer.

The requests should be done before Wednesday and it is validated the same week.

Note that, a request made on a Wednesday will be validated the following Wednesday.

For bank transfers, funds are received 2 to 5 business days after validation.

For Mobile Money and Paypal, funds can be received the same day.

• The same day of request (working days only) for the Anka card
  Funds are received within a 24h delay after validation.

Limits

• For all transfers from the Afrikrea wallet, the minimum amount is 3.51 euros.
• For all transfers to the Afrikrea wallet, the minimum amount is 1.5 euros.
• The maximum amount for a single transfer using Payoneer is 1000€

Payout fees

The fees vary according to the type of transfer you choose. You can choose within:

• Transfer to an European bank account
• Transfer to a Naira bank account
• Transfer to an international bank account: outside Europe
• Transfer to Anka Card
• Transfer via Paypal
• Transfer via Mobile Money
• Transfer to International Bank account with Payoneer
• Transfer to a Nigerian bank account in US dollars

Transfer to an European bank account

Only SEPA zone account holders can select this method. It should be filled with your IBAN details. Transfers are free of charge for users based in Europe.

For users based outside Europe, a fee of 5%+2€ is applied to each transfer.

Transfer to a Naira bank account

Only Nigerians account holders can select this method. It should be filled with your account number. A 1.8% fee is applied on each transfer.

Transfer to an International bank account : outside Europe SEPA Zone

This kind of transfer is only for bank accounts outside SEPA zone, meaning the rest of the world . It is important to provide the right information for the transfer.

Transfers to international bank accounts are subject to a 3% + exchange fee.

Anka card Transfer

Aka card is a visa card we provide on demand, and for free. You can request yours here. Transfers to Anka card involve a 2% fee on the amount.

Paypal transfer

It is possible to make a transfer to your Paypal account. You just need to provide your Paypal account email address when selecting this method.

A fee of 2% of the amount + a Paypal fee of €2,75 are applied.

Mobile Money Transfer

MTN Mobile Money: 3% of the amount
​MTN Ivory Coast/Cameroon: 3% of the amount

Orange Money: 3% of the amount

M-Pesa: 2% of the amount

Transfer to International Bank account with Payoneer

The transfer fee to Payoneer is 5%

Transfer to a Nigerian bank account in US dollars

Only Nigerian account holders can select this method. The form must be completed with your account number.

The transfer fee is 1.8% of the amount on payouts greater than 800€ or a fix fee of 50€ fee on payouts less than 800€.
