Search or Cancel a DHL label
From the **"Shipping" **tab of your account, you will find all the labels/waybills you created.
To cancel a label, you need to click on the small arrow in front of the label/waybill number as indicated by the red arrow on the right. (see screenshot below).
Then you go to the bottom of the page and you will see the button "cancel label".
Once you have clicked on this button the dedicated service will receive your request and validate it within a maximum of 24 hours. You will then be refunded in your ANKA wallet.
