There is an error on the declared weight of your DHL Label
Did you enter the wrong weight?
If there is an error in the weight of your package, here are the two possible scenarios:
The package has not been given to DHL yet:
You realize you have entered the wrong weight when generating the DHL Label. You can cancel the label by following the steps indicated here. It will no longer be usable, and you will be refunded to your ANKA wallet.
The package is already with DHL
An agent will notify you that the parcel is heavier than the weight you entered and paid for. You can no longer cancel the label. DHL will invoice the difference between the price for the weight you entered and the price for the accurate weight foundYou will receive an email summarizing the situation and details. You will then be debited for the amount of the debt.
