My account is blocked or suspended

If your account is blocked, you should have received a notification on your account and an email mentionning the reasons for blocking.

Several reasons can explain the blocking of an account:

If you are blocked for violating the terms of use, you will receive a message like the one below:

Abusive cancellation of orders

It can happen that you need to cancel an order/sale whatever the reason. There's nothing wrong with it.
However, an excessive number of cancellations could lead to your account being blocked.

If you find yourself in this situation, you will receive a message like the one below:

Currencies abuse

With your Anka wallet, you can transfer money from your sales paid in foreign currency to your preferred means of payment in your local currency.
However, we are not a currency exchange bureau. Any fraudulent currency conversion activity will be detected, and the account blocked.

You will receive such notification:

Non-payment of subscription

Your account will be temporarily suspended in case of non-payment of your ANKA subscription. It will be automatically unlocked once the subscription is renewed.

Fraudulent activity detected.

In case of suspicious or fraudulent activity, your account will be suspended for an indefinite period of time.

If you did not receive it or would like to dispute the block, reasons, or do your best to unlock your shop, you can contact our customer service at help@anka.africa
