Where to find our DHL account number ?
To benefit from our DHL partnership, you must be registered on Anka and connect to your shop.
DHL agents may ask you for the account number when shipping your packages, especially if you are using the pick up service.
To find the account number for your zone,
Go to the 2nd page of the waybill/label, as shown below.
Go to "Payer Details" line: The number that follows the code "FRT A/C" is the account number
