Why can't I create DHL labels anymore?
From now on, for all our new sellers or shippers, we verify the users identity so that they can use our shipping service.
Why do we do this?
This is a security process that we implemented to ensure that our services are not used for fraudulent purposes.
How to verify your identity?
When you see the below page, click on the link to fill out the form and upload the required documents.

Once the documents are uploaded, your account will be unlocked within 48 hours. If any document is missing or not visible/readable, we will contact you.
