You haven't heard back from the vendor
You haven't heard from the vendor about an order
When you contact a vendor, he has 48h to reply. If she/he does not get back to you after that period of time, you can contact us to make a claim at help@anka.africa. We will contact the vendor in order to get a quick answer.
If 48h after our raise, you still don't hear from the vendor, you can request an order cancellation and refund in the following cases:
- Orders with status "To ship"
- Orders with status "Shipped" without any tracking number
For "shipped" orders with tracking numbers, we do our best to contact the vendor. In such case, you should wait to receive the package and return it to the vendor in order to be refunded. Most of the time you can track the package for an estimated delivery date.
You can also choose to wait for the vendor to get back to you as it might be a temporary issue.
You are not answered about a request:
For a product request, we invite you to wait for the vendor, she/he is temporarily unavailable. She/he will get back to you as soon as possible.
