You signed up with a wrong email address

You can change your email address. Go to your anka.africa account ou marketplace.anka.africa account:




If you entered a wrong email, you will see the below message appearing, and you will be able to change your email address by clicking on "click here to update your email".



If your email address is correct, but it's not the good one, the message will not appear. You should then click on my profile to change it.

Once on my profile, click on credentials or scroll down to the box "edit account". You can change your email address, voalidate with your password and click on update.

Once you change your email address, you will get a confirmation email from Anka.
Kindly verify your email messages, you should receive an email from the team Anka**.**
Click on the link "confirm my account" in the email.

If you don't see a confirmation email:

Check in your spams
If you are using Gmail, check your social media and promotions tabs.
