If you’re already using our Catalog Feature, you can use WhatsApp Business to add another sales channels to your shop.
WhatsApp Business is a very useful tool for shops to interact quickly with customers and engage them with trust and ease. You can set business hours, pre-written messages, and most of all you can import your Anka product catalog directly on WhatsApp Business, allowing customers to browse and purchase from the app.

Link your accounts
Once you’re set, connect your WhatsApp Business account to your Facebook Commerce account. Go to Commerce Manager and in the menu pick ‘WhatsApp Manager’. Then in ‘Account tools’ go to ‘Catalogue’, then add your Anka catalogue.
If you get an error message saying your Catalog is already used in ‘Shops’, then you must create a duplicate catalog following the same process. When do you, we recommend you name it ‘Anka WhatsApp catalog’. Then add the duplicate to WhatsApp
