To change the shipping address of an ongoing order:
Log in to your Anka account
Click on ?Purchases?
Go to the concerned order , then click on ?contact the seller?
Give the new address to the seller
To make sure that the new address will be taken into account, please contact us.
To make things easy for your future orders, you can add your shipping address to your Anka profile. For that you need to:
Log in to your account
Click on ?My account?
Click on ?My profile?
Add or change your shipping address, then save.
