To get access the DHL partnership, you must be registered on Anka and connect to your shop space.
If there is an error on the weight of the package, two scenarios arise:
You realize the weight error after editing the DHL label. You can cancel the label by following the steps here. It will no longer be usable, and you will be reimbursed on your ANKA wallet. Please, note that if you generated your label more than 72h ago, you could no longer cancel the shipping label from your account, you will have to contact us at [email protected]
After your package arrives at a DHL agency, the agent notifies you that the package has a weight greater than the weight that you have informed and therefore paid for. You can no longer cancel the label on the website. DHL will invoice Anka for the price difference between the weight entered and the one notified by the DHL agent. At the end of the month, we will notify you by email that the weight you have entered was incorrect, and that the price difference will be debited from your wallet.
