You can change your email address. Go to your Anka.com account:

If you entered a wrong email, you will see the following message appearing, and you will be able to change your email address by clicking on “click here to update your email”.

If your email address is right but it’s not the good one, the message will not appear. You should then click on “my profile” to change it.

Once on “my profile”, click on “credentials” or go down the page to the box “account”. You can change your email address, enter your password and click on “update”.

When you change your email address, you get an email from Anka Marketplace for confirmation. Go to your email box, you should receive an email from [email protected]. Click on the link “confirm my account” in the email.

If you don’t see a confirmation email:

. Check in your spams or unwanted emails

. If you are using Gmail, check your social media and promotions tabs.
