How can I schedule DHL pick-up service?

After generating your shipping label from your "Delivery" section, it is possible to schedule a pick-up of your package. This service is free.

To benefit from the pick-up service, you must follow the three steps below:

1. Click on the "Package Pickup" button.

2. After filling in all the information and the date and time slot, click on "Request Pickup" button.

3. The ANKA label summary will be displayed with all the information entered for the package pick-up. If you wish to change the pick-up time slot, simply click on "Edit Pick-up".
