DHL agents may ask you for the account number with which you want to ship your packages, especially if you are requesting The pick up service.

To find the effective account number in your area, go to the 2nd page of the delivery slip, as shown in the following diagram. The number is in the "Pay Details" section, and corresponds to the number after "FRT A/C":
