You wish to update your personal details

You can change your first and last name, phone number, delivery address, email address and password. Here are the steps to follow.

1. Go to your Afrikrea account, and click on "My profile":

2. Insert your new contact details, then click on "Update Profile".

Once on "my profile", click on "login" or scroll down to the "account" box. You can change your email address, enter your password and click on "Update Account".

To add your address, from the address box, click the "Edit" or Add Address button. Then fill in your address details in the space provided with the correct information and click the Edit this address button.

You want to add or change your profile picture

To upload your profile picture, click on the "Add your avatar" button, then upload the picture of your choice from your computer or phone and click on the "Update Profile" button.

When you change your email address, you get an email from Afrikrea for confirmation. Go to your email box, you should receive an email from [email protected]. Click on the link “confirm my account” in the email.

If you don’t see a confirmation email:

. Check in your spams or unwanted emails

. If you are using Gmail, check your social media and promotions tabs.
