Return conditions:
In accordance with European laws and Hamon law, buyers have a period of 14 days to make a return, following the receipt of their order.
If the product conforms to the image/description and has no defects, the return costs are at the buyer's expenses.
If the product does not comply with the image / description and has defects, the return costs are the responsibility of the seller.
Once the period of 14 days is over:
After the period of 14 days, the seller is responsible for her/his conditions of sale regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. You must communicate these conditions clearly in your general conditions of sale. Sellers are required to clearly communicate these in the general sales conditions of their store.
