Cancel a DHL label

In the "Shipping" tab of your account, you will find all the label you created. To cancel a label, you need to click click on the small arrow in front of the waybill number as indicated by the red arrow on the right. (see screenshot below).

Then you go to the bottom of the page and you will see the button "cancel label".

Once you have clicked on this button the dedicated service will receive your request and validate it within a maximum of 24 hours. You will then be refunded in your ANKA wallet.

Please note that the "cancel label" button will not appear within 72 hours.

Therefore, For shipping labels generated more than 72h ago please contact Anka customer service at [email protected] we will cancel the shipping label from our end.
