You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your ANKA plan at any time.

Upgrading extends the duration of your subscription with the new plan.

Downgrading means your plan renewal will be shorter than your current pla.

Cancelling means your access to ANKA services stops after the end date of your plan.

Upgrade / Downgrade my subscription

Log in to your account then go to the "Subscription" tab of your account. Then hit on "Manage plan" and 'Change Plan'. Then pick the plan that suits you best.

How duration adjusts

Let's say you subscribed for 3 months on January 1st. On February 1st, you choose to upgrade to a yearly plan. Without any renewal, your subscription will run until April 1st of the next year. The automatic yearly renewal will happen on February 1st. That means you keep the 2 extra months until the end of your subscription.

The same logic applies if you downgrade or cancel. Let's say you subscribed to a yearly plan on January 1st. On February 1st, you change your mind and downgrade to quarterly plan. Your plan still runs for a year, and on February 1st year+1, you are billed for a quarterly plan.

Cancelling will simply prevent the auto renewal of your plan. You still have access to all ANKA services until expiration of your plan.

Cancel my subscription

Log in to your account then go to the "Subscription" tab of your account. Then hit on "Manage plan" and 'Cancel'.

You cancel your subscription at any time on ANKA. Cancelling does not change the expiration date, you can use ANKA services until the very last day

Then click on the red "Cancel Subscription" button to continue the cancellation process, or click on "Upgrade plan" to change your subscription type. Please note that the change of plan will take effect after the end of the current subscription.

A window will appear where you have the opportunity to tell us the reason for your cancellation. This helps us better meet the needs of the community.

Finally, click on the "Confirm Cancellation" button to validate your cancellation request.

Once the cancellation is finalized, a confirmation message will appear as shown in the image below.
