All products on Afrikrea are sold by independent sellers who manage their orders and stocks by themselves.

To cancel an order, you should contact the seller directly. Please follow this process to do it:

  1. Log into your Afrikrea account and click on "Purchases" button

  2. Select the concerned order and click on the "Contact the seller" button

  3. Send a message to the seller to cancel the order by specifying the reasons.

The cancelation of an order depends on the status of that order.

My order is not shipped yet

If the status of your order is "Waiting" as shown on the image below, it is not shipped yet. You can ask for a cancellation anytime.

For that you need to contact the seller from the concerned order to ask for cancelation. However, if you don't get a response from the seller within 48h, please contact us at [email protected]. We will contact him in order to get a quick reply.

If there is still no feedback 48h after our involvment, we will cancel the order at your request.

My order is "shipped"

If the status of your order is "Sent" or "Finished", it means that it is shipped. If the tracking number says that the order is in transit, we invite you to wait a little bit.

If you receive the order and you would like to cancel it, you should return it to the seller. In this case kindly click on the "Return my order" button. Please make sur to follow "return procedure and conditions". The refund will be done once the seller receive the item back.

If your order does not have a tracking number, please ask the seller. Failure for him/her to provide an accurate tracking number, it can be considered as "not shipped". You can then ask for cancelation anytime. For that, you should contact the seller from the concerned order and ask for cancelation.

If you do not hear from him/her within 48h, please contact us. We will contact him/her in order to have a quick response. If there is still no response 48h after our involvment, we will cancel the order at your request.

Once the order is canceled

When your order is canceled, you are automatically refunded on your ANKA wallet. You can transfer the funds to your bank, PayPal account, or another payment method available. You can also use the funds to make other purchases.
