Payoneer is a payment provider managing international transfers, it processes many currencies except XAF / XOF (FCFA).
For all transfers to XAF / XOF bank accounts (FCFA), you will have to use the other international transfer option.

During the first transfer request via Payoneer you will first need to create your Payoneer account from your Anka account.
Select the Payoneer option
You will be redirected to the Payoneer site to finalize the installation of your Payoneer account.
Once the Payoneer account is created, return to the Payoneer transfer option in your Anka account. You can then make your request for a Payoneer transfer.
