If your account is blocked, you should have received a notification on your account and an email stating the reasons for blocking.

Several reasons can explain the blocking of an account:

Products in violation of our terms of use, you can please check our Moderation guidelines.

Abusive cancellation of orders

Currencies abuse

Non-payment of subscription

Your account will be temporarily suspended in case of non-payment of your ANKA subscription. It will be automatically unblocked once the subscription is renewed.

Fraudulent activity detected.

In case of suspicious or fraudulent activity, your account will be suspended for an indefinite period of time.
