We also guarantee full refund of orders returned within 14 days as long as the item is not used or damaged. Returns of custom-made items, underwear and swimwear have to be authorised by the seller first

When returning a product, be sure to provide a tracking number to the seller in the "Purchase" section of the order. Then click on "ship" and enter the tracking number for the returned item. Once this is completed please click "submit" to complete the process of returning your item to the seller. That allows us and the seller to track the package and fully reimburse you.

The main advantages of pre-filled delivery profiles are:

1) NO NEED TO INCORPORATE SHIPPING COSTS INTO YOUR PRICES:

Just enter the product price, with no additional costs!- Use our default ANKA shipping profiles or update them to create your own now. The platform will dynamically modify your prices to reflect the total cost in an attractive way: with a maximum shipping cost of €10 or even free shipping (automatically).

2) NO NEED TO UPDATE OR CREATE SHIPPING PROFILES

Our default "ANKA shipping profiles" are based on DHL prices that we have integrated.
They are updated automatically without the need for you to change them

They cover all destinations in the world, including any remote shipping costs, so you are covered effortlessly.

From the " Shipping" section of the product file, you have the possibility to "edit the profile" (1) or to "create a new shipping profile" (2) - (see image below)

WhatsApp Business is a very useful tool for shops to interact quickly with customers and engage them with trust and ease. You can set business hours, pre-written messages, and most of all you can import your Anka product catalog directly on WhatsApp Business, allowing customers to browse and purchase from the app.

A Social Media Boost Pack is a credited views Boost Pack which is considered as sponsored content. It includes display credit as well as a feature on Anka's Facebook page. The display credit (100, 000 views) can be used directly on the Anka platform. The Social Media option will be used on Facebook exclusively.

Moderation guidelines for products

The Moderation team is constantly reviewing products in depth to ensure compliance. All products on the marketplace must respect Anka's General Terms of Services, along with local and international e-commerce laws.

A product valid for the Anka marketplace follows ALL these criteria:

It is "Made of Africa", meaning it is either African made or uses inspiration from African cultures
It uses clear pictures, owned by the seller. Pictures from the Internet / taken from other designers are strictly forbidden.
The product's title is faithful to the pictures
The description is clear, matches the pictures and ensures the customer knows exactly what he/she will receive.
It has a clear pricing. Products under or over priced will be subjected to review

On the contrary, one or several of these flaws will make a product invalid:

Is not "Made of Africa" or does not belong to the marketplace line of product (Example: a car, a housing property, a generic electronic device.)
Has misleading or wrongful imagery. *Example: graphic co
