We also guarantee full refund of orders returned within 14 days as long as the item is not used or damaged. Returns of custom-made items, underwear and swimwear have to be authorised by the seller first

When returning a product, be sure to provide a tracking number to the seller in the "Purchase" section of the order. Then click on "ship" and enter the tracking number for the returned item. Once this is completed please click "submit" to complete the process of returning your item to the seller. That allows us and the seller to track the package and fully reimburse you.

The main advantages of pre-filled delivery profiles are:

1) NO NEED TO INCORPORATE SHIPPING COSTS INTO YOUR PRICES:

Just enter the product price, with no additional costs!- Use our default ANKA shipping profiles or update them to create your own now. The platform will dynamically modify your prices to reflect the total cost in an attractive way: with a maximum shipping cost of €10 or even free shipping (automatically).

2) NO NEED TO UPDATE OR CREATE SHIPPING PROFILES

Our default "ANKA shipping profiles" are based on DHL prices that we have integrated.
They are updated automatically without the need for you to change them

They cover all destinations in the world, including any remote shipping costs, so you are covered effortlessly.

From the " Shipping" section of the product file, you have the possibility to "edit the profile" (1) or to "create a new shipping profile" (2) - (see image below)

If you’re already using our Catalog Feature, you can use WhatsApp Business to add another sales channels to your shop.

WhatsApp Business is a very useful tool for shops to interact quickly with customers and engage them with trust and ease. You can set business hours, pre-written messages, and most of all you can import your Anka product catalog directly on WhatsApp Business, allowing customers to browse and purchase from the app.

Link your accounts

Once you’re set, connect your WhatsApp Business account to your Facebook Commerce account. Go to Commerce Manager and in the menu pick ‘WhatsApp Manager’. Then in ‘Account tools’ go to ‘Catalogue’, then add your Anka catalogue.

Make my Payout with Orange Money

You can now make a payout using Orange Money directly in your ANKA wallet.
From your "ANKA wallet", please select "Withdraw" and then click on the green "Make a withdrawal" button. You will be able to see the "Orange Money" option available after clicking on the "more options" entry. At this point enter your Orange Money number and your Anka password and confirm.

The payouts with Orange Money are approved and sent every Wednesday and do not include the providers fees. We do not support the fees for transfers and withdrawals, those fees will be supported by you.

You can create your own mini website directly from your Anka account. This will allow you to direct all your clients to your website landing page, which will only show your collections.

Your personal website gives you the freedom to showcase your items without the constraints of managing a regular website.

Go to your Anka account and click on the tab “Personal website", then click on "Activate my site".

2 - Organize your site

Your website is now activated. The link to your mini-site will appear at the top right of your page. You can now share it.
