Creation an account on ANKA is free. The subscription starts whenever you want to, or at the first use of a service:
- Upon acceptance of a sale
- When generating a DHL shipping label
- When generating a ANKA PAY by link
- When making a payout

Your subscription is renewed automatically at the end of your plan period (quarterly, semi-annually or annually), even if you are not making sales or using a service.

You can unsubscribe at an time if you do not wish to use our services anymore. To be able to do it, the following link will indicate you the procedure to proceed: https://support.afrikrea.com/en/articles/19878-cancel-my-subscription

Your account will remain accessible and your shop will stay visible but your products will be invisible. You can also put your shop in Holiday mode or re-subscribe at any time as well.
