• I have no activity on my shop, do I have to pay the subscription?

  It is imperative that you have a subscription to use ANKA services. If your account is inactive, you cannot use any ANKA services but you can still edit all your parameters. If you have opened a shop on the Marketplace, you can always create and edit products, but your shop will be invisible to customers as long as your subscription is off. • Upgrade, Downgrade or Cancel my subscription

  You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your ANKA plan at any time. Upgrading extends the duration of your subscription with the new plan. Downgrading means your plan renewal will be shorter than your current pla. Cancelling means your access to ANKA services stops after the end date of your plan. • How to save on subscription ?
