The transaction may have been refused by your bank. It might be because of their security policy. We invite you then to contact them for authorization.

You may have been refunded for an order but you are not able to see the funds in your wallet. This is probably because you have purchased several products or placed several orders from different shop at once choosing the 3 times payments method, and the installments are still in effect.
If you opted for the 3 times payment, the canceled order funds are deducted from your upcoming payments instead of being credited in your wallet.

With Afrikrea, you have the possibility of making a 3 times payment from €60 purchase. To make a 3 times payment, you have to place your order as usual then choose the "3 x" payment option at the payment step.

There are 3 reasons that explain why your order has been canceled:
1. The seller didn't accept the order in time
